We do not provide returns or refunds on any product once sold.
Customers are requested to check product details carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Service & Support for Faulty Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or functional issue, we will provide repair or replacement service as per our warranty/support guidelines.
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (images/video of the problem).
Our service team will guide you through the repair/replacement process to ensure minimal downtime for your business.
🔹 Conditions Not Covered
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation is not covered under service.
Physical damages after delivery (scratches, dents, breakage, etc.) are not eligible for service.
