  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or functional issue, we will provide repair or replacement service as per our warranty/support guidelines.

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (images/video of the problem).

  • Our service team will guide you through the repair/replacement process to ensure minimal downtime for your business.

🔹 Conditions Not Covered

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation is not covered under service.

  • Physical damages after delivery (scratches, dents, breakage, etc.) are not eligible for service.
